Defendant 655 Powells' Motion for Summary Adjudication is DENIED. Pursuant to CCP 437c(c), Defendants failed to show that there are no issues of material fact and that the moving party is entitled to a judgment as a matter of law. A reasonable jury could find that Evans' attack upon Plaintiff was foreseeable and Defendants owed Plaintiff a duty to protect her from the violent attack perpetrated by Evans.=(501/CFH)
