This action shall proceed under the Partition of Real Property Act. No later than 9:00 a.m. on July 24, 2026 each party shall submit a supplemental brief/declaration including (1) at least 2 names of proposed appraisers each and (2) a statement whether the parties have agreed to the value of the property or other method of valuation (CCP 874.316(b)).
Depending on the supplemental briefs/declaration the Court will proceed in accordance with CCP 874.316(b) or (d). Defendant shall have a proposed order ready to be presented for execution at the hearing containing both alternative options described above. =(501/CFH)

Parties who intend to appear at the hearing must give notice to opposing parties and the court promptly, but no later than 4:00 p.m. the court day before the hearing unless the tentative ruling has specified that a hearing is required.
Notice of contesting a tentative ruling shall be provided by sending an email to the court to Department501ContestTR@sftc.org with a copy to all other parties stating, without argument, the portion(s) of the tentative ruling that the party contests. A party may not argue at the hearing if the opposing party is not notified, and the opposing party does not appear. | |
