John Asdourian shall be the Court appointed broker in this action. Amy Harrington shall be the referee and her duties shall be limited to the duties outlined in Reply 4:6-10. All costs and fees of the referee shall be paid by the moving party that requested the appointment of a referee. Moving party appears to concede that a referee is not required under the Partition of Real Property Act, but is allowed.=(501/CFH)
