200800328986PRCE: In The Matter of Elise Waxman 07/07/2026 in Department J6 Account and Report 4th Account & Report for the period of 03/01/24 through 02/29/26

The Fourth Account and Report for the period 3/1/24 through 2/29/26 was due from Conservator Tiffany Van Wingerden by 5/29/26. As of 7/1/26, it has not been filed.

The Court will order the conservatee’s counsel to give written notice by 7/8/26 to the Conservator and her attorney of record directing the Conservator to serve and file the account by no later than 8/7/26 and set it for a hearing on 8/25/26, 9:00 a.m., in J6. The notice shall also state:

Failure to file the account within the time period specified shall constitute contempt of court. (Prob. Code, § 2620.2, subd. (b).) Additionally, the failure to file requires the Court to do one or more of the following and to report that action to the Professional Fiduciaries Bureau:

(1) Remove the conservator.

(2) Issue and serve a citation requiring conservator to appear and show cause why the guardian or conservator should not be punished for contempt.

(3) Suspend the powers of the conservator and appoint a temporary conservator.
