Limited Conservators annual status report was due 05/15/26 and filed on 06/03/26. The Court has reviewed the status report. It is complete.
Based on the investigators report dated 06/25/26, and Probate Code section 1851(f), this matter qualifies to be placed on a biennial review schedule. The next investigators report due to the court shall be on 07/11/28.
The court intends to continue the hearing to 08/11/28 at 10:30 AM in Department J6 for the proof of service unless the proof of service is filed or the Court finds good cause to waive it.
The next biennial status report shall be filed by 05/15/28 and set for a filing/sufficiency hearing on 06/27/28 at 10:30 AM in Department J6.
The clerk shall give notice.
