The proof of service by mail for conservatorship status report was not sent to the conservatee. (Local Rule 10.02(J)(2); Prob. Code, § § 2351.2, subd. (a)(2)(A).) The Court will continue the hearing to 6/30/26, at 9:00 am., in J6, for the proof to be sent to the conservatee and filed with the court unless it is waived for good cause.
Subject to the foregoing, the annual status report was due by 4/27/26 and was filed on 3/17/26. It is complete. No appearance is required.
The biennial status report and the next Court Investigators Report shall be served and filed by 4/25/28 and set for a filing/sufficiency hearing on 5/30/28, 10:30 a.m., in Dept. J6.
The clerk shall give notice.
