CASE NUMBER: 26CV-0210272 Tentative Ruling on Demurrer and Motion to Strike: Due to the voluminous calendar, there was insufficient time to review this matter and prepare detailed tentative rulings. In the interest of judicial economy and based on the Court’s inherent authority to control its own calendar, hearings on both motions are continued to Monday, July 13, 2026 at 8:30 a.m. in Department 63. Should a July 13, 2026 hearing date pose an issue for either party, the parties are ordered to meet and confer regarding a new hearing date and appear to request a new date. Absent the need to select a different hearing date, no appearance is necessary on today’s calendar.
