Defendant Banks and Mr. Meitzenheimer declare that Ms. Banks's responses to the Requests for Admission to Ms. Rekhtman's office on March 27, 2026. However, Ms. Rekhtman appeared at the prior hearing on March 30, 2026 and informed the Court that she had received responses from Defendant Scarvers only, not from Defendant Banks, on March 27, 2026. Based upon this representation, the Court granted the deemed admissions against Defendant Banks. =(501/CFH)
