DEFENDANT HASNA AKTHER Notice Of Motion And Motion To Deem Requests For Admission Admitted And For Monetary Sactions; is DENIED. Defendant admits receiving responses to the Request for Admissions, and has failed to show that the responses were not timely served by the Plaintiff's attorney, as indicated on the proof of service.
Further, a party requesting an admission of the genuineness of any documents must attach copies of those documents to the requests. (CCP 2033.060(g).)
