I am requesting urgent dbi inspection for an uninhabitable unit and landlord failure to repair over 35 days. the toilet valve ruptured causing extreme flooding the fire department response could not control for over two hours. the damaged wood flooring was repaired by placing new panels on top of the water damaged wood and the panel sutures came apart. there has been negligence and ada violations in the failure to repair. an attorney informed me the entire building is under dbi investigation.Active
