Grounds / reasons
The project's contractor for this location has erected scaffolding on our property in our driveway, in our window well, and even on our roof at 2938 laguna st. we were only informed about the need for scaffolding in the driveway and were told that it would be there for a couple of weeks (which has now been several months). no mention was made of the need for scaffolding in the window well or on the roof. both our units were flooded during last thursday's (5/28/26) storm as the contractor was negligent in cleaning up their debris and plastic from their job clogged our roof drain which resulted in flooding in both the upper and lower units. we have notified the property owner but he has no response. i provided photos of our roof and samples of the damage to our interiors. please let me know if you need anything else.Active
