Alley between 4140 and 4150 cesar chavez st. construction being done on 4140. --- extremely loud construction in alleyway between 4140 and 4150 cesar chavez st. starts around 7:30 each morning. i measured the noise in my apartment (4150 cesar chavez) and it was 60 decibels of noise in my apartment. i went outside with my spl meter and was getting readings over 75db in the street and in our garage. also, i do not see any permit posted anywhere and i didn't see anything on the sf city website about a permit. to add to it, the construction workers were incredibly rude when i asked if they could keep it down since they have been screaming at each other all day and cursing up a storm. the noise is so loud that my cat has been hiding under our bed all day until they leave. this has been going on for the past 2 days. worst way to wake up on a weekend.Not Active
