South van ness an 16th --- affordable housing project that is doing construction at 4am. it is very loud and has woken me from my sleep. metal slamming noises and heavy machinery is being used. (311 sr#10877871) 490 s van ness - affordable housing - mission development corp --- building construction has been going on since 3:00 am (311 sr#10877885) very loud construction noise started at 3am. we called 311 and the police. the police went out to the property and were told there was a permit and nothing could be done to stop the noise. i went over personally and asked for a copy of the permit. the construction supervisor and team gave me a copy of a special traffic permit that specifically states that this is not a night noise permit. this loud construction has been going on since 3am keeping everyone in the neighborhood awake.
