Bedrooms in two different units. first room was room 116, and second night (last night) room 118 --- caller states that the first night at this hotel, a large bubble formed on the ceiling and then it burst with yellow water leaking onto their bed. they were told to take their mattress apart, given a blanket and two towel floor mats, no sheets. the male clerk on duty could not help caller when he asked about buckets to catch the water. caller asked for the manager's telephone number and he refused to give it out. on the second day, they were given another room but it was very dirty below the bed, there were bugs, under the mattress it was very dirty and there were cockroaches on top of the bed and in the bathroom which was shared by all the tenants on the first floor. the blankets were dirty, and when they checked out, the hotel clerk refused to give them their deposit back, stating that they made the blankets dirty. caller states that they did not even use the blankets, they had theirActive
