There is an odor in the downstairs basement. there is a boarded up wall, covering the elevator shaft. there is water coming down his shaft leading to black mold. the mold levels detected are not consistent with complete normal conditions, especially since the outdoors samples were free of spores. the water is leaking in the top from the elevator cap. this is in the alley behind our unit nd directly above the basement where this issue occurs, to be maintained by the landlord, not us.Not Active
