12/3/25 investigation observed several scopes of unauthorizeed construction: 1. removal of stucco from the southeast corner of the original building (behind the 1980s garage addition) in the general area where the elevator is proposed to be relocated. 2. removal of all stucco from the north (rear) elevation in excess of the scope of bpa no. 202402276610, which authorized repair and replacement of stucco around window openings damaged by fire only. 3. removal of some stucco from the west and south elevations of the original building. 4. relocated window openings (some enlarged and some reduced in size), also in the area where the elevator is proposed to be relocated. 5. an altered/enlarged opening for utility meter on the east façade of the garage.Active
