Possible work beyond approved scope: to ensure that they have built to the scope of work for approved and issued permits no. 202508153176, 202507251606, 202503192585 and 202308043774. architect, cary bernstein, told me and the neighbors that the building would not have a height above the apartment building across the street. this proved to be absolutely false. after the fact, what was not known to me or the neighbors, is that a bulky roof deck with a pony wall, high solar panels, and deck railings was being built above what we had seen in any of the plans. this is obstructive, unsightly, bulky, and inhibits me from a quiet enjoyment of my backyard. please see the plans attached that i, as well as my neighbors, saw. now, it is the last straw as a 10¿ canopy structure is being installed on top of the roof deck. i never saw any drawings that indicated this. if so, i would have immediately objected. please see the attached guidelines for roof decks (which i¿m sure you¿ve seen many times)Active
