Landlord refusing to send a plumber, toilet is not working, sewage is backing up into the tub, there is a backflow cap that has been removed, this is the 4th time for a back up in 7 months, landlord is saying the backflow cap is not necessary.the landlord just put in a sewage request to the sewer department, they responded and jetted the sewer vent, sewer dept responded with nothing wrong with the city side sewer line. issue is on the property side.Not Active
