Plumbing not working properly. some of the showers, 3rd floor especially, are very dirty. there has been food in there for over a week. some of the shower fixtures don't work. garbage is being thrown in lightwell. there hasn't been a garbage chute since the fire there about 3 months ago. also, garbage between bldgs. you can see from the second floor.Not Active
