Date last observed: 03-jul-26; exact location: main bldg; building type: residence/dwelling broken appliances; disabled acc: elevator/lift; ; additional information: the elevator in my building has been broken since november 9th 2025. i live on the 4th floor, so hauling my trash, laundry, groceries, and other heavy items up and down the stairs has been a significant chore. i have texts from this time noting that the elevator is broken and can see that other others have filed with the department of building inspection about this issue as well. brick + timber put up a notice about the elevator being broken on the elevator doors many months later on may 6th, 2026, this was then followed by a second posted and emailed notice to tenants on may 12th. the notice vaguely states that a repair has been scheduled, but since the elevator has been broken for so long and i see no evidence of it being fixed as of 7/3/26, i would like to schedule an inspection. additionally, the washingNot Active
