2026-04-06 · Sewage water intrusion with bacteria infected water caused from a back up of a plumbing line, came up through the drain in the kitchen and spilled out in to kitchen drawers, they claim it is a cat2 water intrusion. the intrusion was on the 28th of march.they are looking to do a minimal scope of work. the plumbing has been resolved, but it more about the remediation and sanitation concerns.sewage water did go through the floor to the ceiling of the garage. also sewage did spill along from kitchen, living room then to bedroom, under appliances.bedroom door does not close because of the expansion of the floor beneath.sewage water sat for 5 or 6 hours. carpet has been impacted, floor is still squishy.caller did test the water that spilled because it was caught in a jar and it came back positive for ecoli and coliform. do have water if additional testing is needed. has pictures., Not Active
