The Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel filed by NICOLE SHAW on 02/03/2026 and Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel filed by NICOLE SHAW on 06/02/2026 are Granted.

The unopposed motion of attorney Benjamin Gillig of the Wagstaff Law Firm’s motion to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Nicole Shaw is GRANTED. (CRC 3.1362.)

The court will sign Counsel's proposed order. (MC-053.) Counsel must serve the signed order upon Plaintiff, and file proof of service with the court. The order will become effective upon filing of the proof of service. (CRC 3.1362(e).)

Counsel shall make a reasonable attempt to notify Plaintiff of the Court’s tentative ruling and the process for properly contesting by 4:00 p.m. one court day prior to the date of hearing.
