The Motion to Be Relieved as Counsel filed by Shanie Bradley on 06/26/2026 is Granted.
Plaintiff Owen Mark commenced this personal injury action on 9/18/2025 but has not yet served Defendants with the Complaint.
Plaintiffs counsel of record, Shanie N. Bradley, moves to be relieved as counsel.
Moving counsel has satisfied the noticethe proceduralandnotice requirements under California Rule of Court (CRC) 3.1362 by serving Plaintiff at his last known address. Plaintiff did not oppose this motion.
No other party has been served or appeared in this action, and this case is not yet at issue; accordingly, California Rule of Court 3.1362(d) does not require any other parties to be served with this motion.
The unopposed motion is GRANTED. Within 7 days of this order, moving counsel is ORDERED to lodge a proposed order using Judicial Council form MC-053; the order should be completed to the extent possible and include the upcoming initial case management conference on 10/21/2026.
Although Plaintiff is entitled to litigate this case in propria persona, Plaintiff is encouraged to retain new counsel before the 10/21/2026 ICMC.
