7. Guardianship of Aliya, Kylie, and Jesse L. PP20160003 ANNUAL STATUS CASE REVIEW
Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on April 20, 2016. Both Aliya and Kylie are over eighteen, so their guardianships have been terminated. The annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council form GC-251) was filed on by the guardian on April 1, 2026. Having read and considered the report, the court finds and orders the guardianship as to Jesse remains necessary and shall continue until minor’s 18th birthday on 02/24/27, at which time guardianship shall terminate by operation of law.
TENTATIVE RULING #7: GUARDIANSHIP SHALL CONTINUE. NO FURTHER HEARINGS TO BE SET BY THE COURT.
