Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued March 3, 2021. The annual guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian. At the last hearing on April 8, 2026, the guardian did not appear and the court referred the matter to the court investigator to conduct an investigation. The court has not received the results of that investigation yet.
