1 - Defendant Blu Ice Entertainment, LLC's unopposed Motion To Deem Facts Admitted And Request For Sanctions is GRANTED IN PART AND DENIED IN PART. The record demonstrates Moving Defendant properly served Requests for Admission and Plaintiff Yosselin Coronado did not provide any responses to Defendant's requests. (See Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280.) Plaintiff's failure to timely respond is not excused. No meet and confer requirement when no responses have been provided. Defendant's RFAs, Set One, dated January 16, 2026, are deemed admitted.
Plaintiff Yosselin Coronado shall pay $860 in sanctions to Defendant Blu Ice Entertainment, LLC; payment within 30 days of notice of this order. (Code of Civil Procedure sections 2023.010, 2023.030, 2033.280(c).) To the extent Defendant seeks additional or different relief, the motion is denied. Moving Defendant is ordered to prepare a proposed order which repeats the above text verbatim and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.
