The Court would GRANT these unopposed motions relating to representation of Defendants Chowdhury and K&N. The motions are supported by declarations establishing good cause and the breakdown of the attorney-client relationship. (Gomez Decl.) The Court would also order the at-issue Defendants (a representative of K&N) to appear before the Court at the next OSC re representation scheduled for June 26, 2025 at 8:30 AM and inform the Court about the status of representation and defense of the case. The relief is not effective until service of the ruling has been effectuated and proofs of service have been filed.
