CAMILO ANDRES RODRIGUEZ-SALINAS OSCAR R. ROESLER FELIX SANTA MARIA
MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL FOR PLAINTIFF CAMILO ANDRES RODRIGUEZ-SALINAS
TENTATIVE RULING:
The motion of Megan Koster and Wilshire Law Firm to be relieved as counsel for plaintiff Camilo Andres Rodriguez-Salinas is DENIED without prejudice. The attorney declaration states that the client’s address was confirmed within the last thirty days, but the facts in the declaration state that an asset search was run on plaintiff on October 22, 2025, which is more than thirty days prior to the signing of the declaration, which was on March 2, 2026. Thus, plaintiff’s counsel failed to comply with California Rules of Court, rule 3.1362(d).
If the tentative ruling is contested, it will become the order of the court without the need for a formal order.
