DEFENDANT GLASS PROPERTIES, L.P., VIKING SERVICES CORPORATION MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT is GRANTED. The moving party has established all material facts as undisputed, thereby shifting the burden to the Plaintiff. Plaintiff failed to submit admissible evidence controverting any of the material facts.
