Subject to statutory notice and absent any objections, the Court intends to grant the petition as follows: Respondent Robert Feinstein will be immediately suspended as the trustee of the Edward Feinstein and Billie Feinstein Inter-Vivos Trust Agreement Dtd 6/14/76. The Court will appoint Petitioner Sean Conway as the interim successor trustee. Respondent will be ordered to serve and file a statutory account from the date he assumed the trusteeship to the present.
