Plaintiff filed a notice of settlement. Pursuant to California Rule of Court 3.1385(b), the court must dismiss the entire case 45 days after a notice of unconditional settlement, and 45 days after the dismissal date specified in a notice of conditional settlement, unless good cause is shown why the case should not be dismissed.
No party filed any documents in advance of the compliance hearing to advise the court that the matter should not be dismissed. Accordingly, the entire action is dismissed with prejudice pursuant to the notice of settlement. The Court orders the Amended Complaint (1st) filed by Josabeth Flores, et al. on 04/11/2024 dismissed with prejudice. The Court orders the Cross-Complaint filed by Sutter Bay Hospitals dba Alta Bates Summit Medical Center on 09/10/2025 dismissed with prejudice.
