The Court orders the following after review of the case.
In its 4/6/26 Order, the Court had set an Order to Show Cause in re: Dismissal for 07/16/2026 at 02:30 PM. Plaintiff was ordered to show cause why the Court should not dismiss the Complaint for failure to serve defendant and prosecute the case. Plaintiff was ordered to file a written response no later than 07/09/2026 to this Order to Show Cause setting forth the reasons why the Court should not dismiss the Complaint for failure to serve defendant and prosecute the case.
Plaintiff failed to comply with the Court's 4/6/26 Order by failing to file a written response to the Order to Show Cause. As such, plaintiff failed to show cause why the Court should not dismiss the Complaint for plaintiff's failure to serve defendant and to prosecute the Case.
This case is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to Govt. Code § 68608(b) and CCP § 583.150.
Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record.
