ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE (DEFENDANT MARIA HERERRA)AND WHY PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION SHOULD NOT BE ISSUED is GRANTED. The Court finds that there is at least some evidence that Defendant will prevail on the merits of her proposed cross-complaint or on her defenses at trial. The Court further finds that the interim harm that Defendant is likely to sustain if the injunction were denied outweighs the harm that Plaintiff is likely to suffer if the preliminary injunction were issued. Defendant is required to resume making monthly half payments in the amount of $1,968.75 for the duration of the injunction. =(501/CFH)
