TENTATIVE RULING: APPEARANCE OF THE GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED. The Court notes the Guardian still has not filed a corrected/updated GC-251 as ordered on May 5, 2026. The Guardian is to appear and file an updated GC-251 curing the deficiencies noted in the Court Investigator’s Memo, or show cause why the Court should not impose sanctions or terminate the guardianship for failure to comply with the Court’s order.

TENTATIVE RULING: APPEARANCE OF GUARDIAN IS NOT REQUIRED. The Court acknowledges the new Confidential Guardianship Status Reports filed on May 26, 2026. To permit the Court Investigator to review the Status Reports and ensure compliance with the requirement of an annual GC-251, this matter is CONTINUED one month and SET for Case Management Conference at 9:00 a.m. on July 7, 2026, in Department 5.
