TENTATIVE RULING: APPEARANCE OF THE GUARDIAN IS REQUIRED. The Court notes the Guardian appeared as ordered on April 7, 2026, and advised the Court additional time was needed to file an updated Confidential Guardianship Status Report. The Court granted a continuance of the proceedings for approximately 60 days to permit the Guardian an opportunity to file the Status Report. At this time, the Guardian still has not filed the necessary Status Report.
