Defendants filed this motion to dismiss on March 20, 2026 based on Plaintiff’s failure to communicate or respond to any attempted communication since August of 2024. The last communication from Plaintiff was a text message in which her purportedly claimed he had asked his prior counsel to dismiss the action. There has been no further communication with the Plaintiff nor any further filings with the court from Plaintiff. Proof of service of the motion was filed with the court establishing service via mail on March 24, 2026. No opposition has been filed.
