On the motion re: Mental Examination, PARTIES TO APPEAR. The undersigned is inclined to defer this issue for Judge Riles' consideration. However, it would be helpful to hear from Plaintiff's counsel if they have ever received the type of raw data at issue in any other cases, which would be relevant to understanding the extent to which such data has been protected from disclosure.
