The judgment debtor’s claim of exemption is granted in part; $50 per paycheck shall be withheld.
The Sheriff’s office did not advise the Court if it is currently holding any funds. If any funds are held, the office shall release the funds back to judgment debtor.
The Clerk will transmit a certified copy of the order to the levying officer. (Code Civ. Proc., § 706.105(g).)
