The Class Certification Order concludes: Plaintiffs may prosecute the following claims on a class basis seeking injunctive relief: (1) Unfair Competition Law, Bus. & Prof. Code § 17200 et seq. (UCL); (2) Bed Bug Infestations, Civ. Code § 1954.600 et seq.; (3) Tenant Harassment, Oakland Ordinance § 8.22.640 et seq.; and (4) Breach of Contract. Plaintiffs may not seek or obtain monetary relief on any of these claims in the class action.
