Plaintiff failed to file and serve a memorandum in opposition to the motion by the May 1, 2026, deadline, the Court will permit Plaintiff to file a brief in opposition to the motion and an amended responsive separate statement, if necessary. Such documents, if any, must be filed and served at least 10 court days before the continued hearing date. No reply may be filed.
