Exhibit C to the Declaration of Bryan Jensen in support of Defendants motion is a letter in Spanish. Defendant has not provided an English translation of the letter, certified under oath by a qualified interpreter, as required by the Rules of Court. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1110, subd. (g); see also Evid. Code, §§ 751, subd. (c), 753, subd. (a).) To the extent that Defendant wishes to correct this deficiency, Defendant shall timely file a supplemental briefing in compliance with the Rules of Court at least 20 court days prior to the continued hearing date, plus time for electronic service.
