Defendant shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); Special Interrogatories (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) within 5 days of notice of entry of order. Truth of all matters in the Requests for Admission (Set One) are deemed admitted. Sanctions granted in the amount of $1060. =(501/CFH)
