Plaintiff's Motion to Compel Responses by Defendant to Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One), Form Interrogatories-General (Set One), Special Interrogatories (Set One), and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) Without Objection; and to Deem Admitted by Defendant Requests for Admission (Set One); and for Monetary Sanctions is GRANTED, subject to opposition.
Defendant shall serve complete verified responses without objection to Plaintiff's Form Interrogatories-Unlawful Detainer (Set One); Form Interrogatories-General (Set One); Special Interrogatories (Set One); and Request for Production of Documents (Set One) within 5 days of notice of entry of order.
