Defendant's Motion to Vacate Default and Judgment is GRANTED. Plaintiff concedes the default should be set aside. As such, the default judgment and the writ issued thereon must also be vacated and recalled.
The default of defendant Kamari Dawson is set aside. The default judgment entered on April 3, 2025 is vacated. The writ issued on May 15, 2025 is recalled. Defendant Kamari Dawson shall file and serve the proposed response within five days. =(501/VMH)
