Defendant Ann Hum's Demurrer to Complaint is SUSTAINED with leave to amend as to causes of action 1-6 to allege facts supporting an agency relationship between the Defendants. It is insufficient to plead an agency relationship on information and belief without alleging facts that support Plaintiff's belief. The demurrer to cause of action 7 is OVERRULED because the Complaint alleges that all Defendants conspired. =(501/CFH)
