The Compliance Hearing is continued to June 3, 2026, at 9:00 am in this department.

At least ten court days prior to the continued hearing date, the Settlement Administrator shall file admissible testimony by way of declaration identifying the status of the discovery funds now in their control and the status of their transfer to the Controller.

If there are any substantive issues to discuss, at least ten court days prior to the continued hearing date Plaintiff's counsel shall file an explanatory memorandum.

Plaintiff must prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the above tentative ruling and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for this hearing.

The text of the email shall include the name and contact information, including email address, of the attorney or party who will appear at the hearing.

The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
