NO APPEARANCE REQUIRED. The Court sets a further CMC as set forth below.
The Court notes that only Plaintiff filed a Case Management Statement. Given the representation by Plaintiff that mediation has been scheduled for July, the Court will continue this CMC. However, in the future, the parties are expected to file a JOINT Case Management Statement as set forth in the Court's General Complex Case Standing Order. The Statement shall be filed at least 15 days before the next CMC.
