PLAINTIFFS’ MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION
Despite proper service, defendants William Alread, Michael Pimentel, and Isaac Pimentel failed to oppose plaintiffs’ motion for preliminary injunction, writ of possession and turnover order. Accordingly, the Court grants the motion pending final resolution of the action. Plaintiffs shall immediately file a proposed form of order for this ruling, and post the $5,000.00 undertaking no later than September 18, 2026.
