DISCUSSION Plaintiff Jiezhong Li ("Plaintiff") moves for an order vacating the order of dismissal entered on June 2, 2026, restoring this action to the active civil docket, and a new case management conference. Plaintiff did not file a proof of service showing that the motion was served on defendant Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Service (DPSS) ("Defendant") as required by California Rules of Court rule 3.1300.
