Perla Lopez Salazar, et al – CIVSB2329476 Motion: (1) Compel Productions of Documents (2) Compel Responses to Form Interrogatories Movant: Plaintiff, Aspire General Insurance Company Respondent: Defendants Perla Lopez Salazar, Diana Marie Castro Ruling: (1), (2) Motion for Production of Documents and Form Interrogatories is GRANTED. Defendants are Ordered to serve verified, code-compliant responses to Plaintiff's Demand for Production of Documents and Form Interrogatories, without objections, within 15 days of the Court's order, and to produce all responsive documents.
Sanctions are DENIED for failure to properly notice the request for Sanctions pursuant to CCP 2023.040 and CRC 2.111. Plaintiffs to provide Order and give notice. ______________________________________________________________________________ Plaintiff served a Demand for Production of Documents and Form Interrogatories on Defendants on April 28, 2025. Responses were due by May 28, 2025. Defendants have not served responses. Despite repeated meet-and-confer correspondence from Plaintiff's counsel demanding responses and warning of a forthcoming motions to compel, Defendants have failed to serve responses.
Therefore, the motions to compel production of documents and form interrogatories is granted.
